Feasibility results, cost estimates, running-cost figures, and project briefs are preliminary and indicative. They are generated from the information you enter and from automated rules. They are not a fixed quote, engineering assessment, structural certification, or council approval, and they don't account for every site condition.

Actual feasibility, scope, and pricing must be confirmed by a licensed builder after a physical site inspection, and any build must meet your local council's requirements and the National Construction Code.

Builders listed on or matched through PoolWise are independent businesses. We don't employ them and we don't guarantee their work, pricing, availability, or licensing. Before you sign anything, check the builder's licence with your state's building regulator (in Queensland, the QBCC) and get written quotes.

Any agreement you make with a builder is between you and that builder. When you send your brief, we share your details with matched builders as described in our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for the information, photos, and links you provide, and you confirm you have the right to share them. You allow us to use them to produce your estimates and brief and to send that brief to you and, with your consent, to matched builders.

You agree not to:

• submit false information or someone else's contact details without their permission;
• use automated tools to submit forms or scrape the site;
• interfere with the site's operation or security.

Some pages show advertising and sponsored content, which is labelled. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content or practices.

The site's design, text, tools, and graphics belong to PoolWise or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial pool planning.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we provide the site “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law we aren't liable for loss arising from decisions made solely on information provided by the site, or from the acts or omissions of any builder.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
